Having worked within the care industry for the last 20 years, I have worked my way from a care assistant to a care home manager.
During my time as a manager I have achieved 4 good and 1 outstanding CQC ratings.
I am a passionate, dedicated individual who puts the well-being of the residents and staff at the centre of all that I do.
I joined Roseberry Care Centres as the home manager of Church View in Bishop Auckland last October.
The home is situated 1.2 miles from Bishop Auckland town centre and sits on the edge of South Church over looking the beautiful green and St Andrews church.
