My name is Jenny Gordon , I am the Manager of Norbury Court. I have a qualified nursing background and I lead a professional Care Team delivering a high standard of care and support for our residents and their families.
I have spent over 4 decades working as a nurse in a variety of roles. I entered the Care Sector in 1999 and during this time I have built up my experience in the Care industry.
As the Manager of Norbury Court I take the role of caring for our residents and ensuring that their needs are met very seriously. Making sure our care team are happy and fully trained in order to offer a safe and happy home is a priority. I really enjoy interacting with the residents and their relatives daily.
I believe in maintaining strong relationships with my residents and their relatives and understand the important contribution that that these relationships make to the successful running of the care home.
I believe in establishing and maintaining strong links with the community to enhance the lives of the residents who live with us.
Outside of the home I enjoy spending time with family and friends, reading and walking.
