General Information
Beech Grove is located half a mile from Clitheroe town centre. There is a bus stop directly outside the gates to the home which provides easy access to the town centre with buses stopping every 30 minutes. We deliver person centred, residential care and can also accommodate those with early symptoms of dementia.
We have an open door policy and encourage you to visit your relative at any time. We do request that meal times and times of rest are taken into consideration when visiting. Should you wish to dine with your relative we can accommodate this request.
Facilities and Services
From the moment you step into Beech Grove you can feel the friendly and homely atmosphere. There are 30 beautifully appointed single rooms, many with en-suite facilities. Every room has an individual call system that ensures help is always at hand.
On the ground floor of the home we have a large dining area which runs into our conservatory and 2 large TV lounges. The conservatory provides a warm and ambient space to relax in, and leads out to a large patio area to the rear of the home. We have a greenhouse which is the base for our gardening club for our more green fingered residents.
Types of Care Available
We offer person centred residential care. We do our utmost to meet the needs of all prospective residents and can accommodate those with early signs of dementia. You can take comfort in knowing that should you require nursing intervention, we can arrange for a district nurse to visit you at the home.
