Donna has worked in Care since 2002, beginning her career as a carer, she then worked as a senior carer, then Deputy before becoming a registered manager in 2005.
Since 2005, Donna has managed many homes. Throughout her years as a manager she has gained substantial knowledge and particularly enjoys working with the elderly. Donna is very much a people person and strives to enhance the lives of the residents.
