Naomi Thomson
Home Manager
Naomi has worked in residential care since 2002, she started her career as a care assistant.
She left care in 2010 to commence her nurse training, and qualified in 2014.
Naomi has worked at Rosemount since 2016 first as a staff nurse then onto clinical lead, deputy manager and in December 2018 she became the Home Manager. Naomi bases her work ethics on providing excellent care to residents ensuring that dignity and respect is paramount. She believes in promoting active participation and engaging with residents and their friends and families.
