Welcome to Springfield House Care Home. Situated in beautiful Staffordshire Countryside, just on the edge of the village of Codsall, Springfield House is a warm and inviting residence.
Our 56 rooms are all tastefully furnished with your comfort in mind. You can always find peace and quiet in our comfortable lounges and the lovely bright conservatory is a space for enjoying our landscaped gardens come rain or shine. Both dining rooms become hubs of conversation and laughter at all mealtimes and our patio area is perfect for outdoor socialising or just enjoying the views.
Offering both Residential and Nursing care, our aim is to ensure you feel at ease and we will help you to arrange your room just the way you like it. Our team are a diverse group from different backgrounds and with different roles, but we all have something fundamental in common – every single one of us is passionate about the care we provide.

As well as our team of carers and nurses, GP’s, dentists, opticians, chiropodists, podiatrists, hearing specialists and other professionals at the home on a regular basis.
A willingness to get involved and try new things is something we see time and time again once people are given an opportunity. Our full time activity team work closely with the residents with residents to develop varied activity plans each week, ensuring there is something for everyone: from visiting entertainers, community trips, crafts and in house Oomph exercise.
At Springfield House we pride ourselves on our specialist approach to quality care, recreation and activities, and food and dining. We care for everyone as individuals and create lifestyles that they feel are right for them.
