The Beaufort Care Home is a 29 bed nursing home situated on the situated in Coventry which is approximately 3.2 miles from Coventry city centre. The home is able to offer Nursing care for people over 65 and under 65 with varied nursing conditions in a homely setting.
The home offers mainly single en-suite rooms over 2 floors in a Character building. Beaufort overlooks a secluded landscaped garden set in its own wooded area.
Our Caring team have a variety of skills and experience who pride themselves in caring for our residents in a homely friendly environment working to support residents and their relatives to receive safe care. The team have been keen to gain more knowledge and gain new skills to provide the residents at The Beaufort with the high standard of care they deserve.
Facilities and Services
The home had recently been refurbished while keeping the original features of the building. This allows the residents to enjoy the social interaction with the other residents in one of our lounge areas or conservatory engaging with the other residents and staff.
The Beaufort has a full time activities co-ordinator who spends time with the residents and relatives developing life histories to help use develop person centred care plans and meaning full activates programs.
The home has a nominated GP from the local practise who communicates closely with the nursing staff, resident and relatives to provide prompt medical care. This allows the residents to build a strong professional relationship with a regular doctor who is able to care for their medical needs with the support of the homes nursing team.
The home has access to a visiting hairdresser, chiropodist, opticians and dentist enabling them to receive treatments with in their familiar environment. The home has the community library coming to provide the home with books and audio CD’s for the residents to enjoy, as well as regular visits from age concern who provide a personalised library service.
