End-of-Life Care

As we approach the end of our life, we may need extra, person-centered support and care.

End-of-life care can be provided in the hours, days, or months before a person dies and encompasses care and support for a person’s mental and emotional needs, physical comfort, spiritual needs, and practical tasks.

It prevents and relieves suffering through the early identification, correct assessment and treatment of pain and other problems whether physical, psychosocial or spiritual.
