Hardeep qualified as a nurse in India in 2006. Since arriving in England, she has completed her UK graduation and overseas nursing program at the University of Sunderland.
She has worked at Chichester Court since 2008 as a registered nurse, Deputy Manager and most recently being promoted to Home Manager.
Hardeep is passionate about the need for an improved, and sustained approach towards the provision of care and environmental support for the elderly and more specifically those with Dementia.
