Nestled in the suburban setting of Penshaw in Houghton-le-Spring in the outskirts of Sunderland, Valley View is an award-winning modern purpose-built home with a separate daycare unit called The Lodge.

Our dedicated catering team work closely with you to build a menu that takes into account your likes, dislikes and dietary needs.
Opposite Valley View sits Penshaw House, our six-bed bungalow which is designed for residents who require minimal assistance with their care. Each room consists of a lounge, small kitchen area, bedroom and en-suite, with one care assistant on duty 24hrs a day. Meals throughout the day can be enjoyed from the kitchen at Valley View as well.
Valley View provides care services for residential, dementia, young physically disabled as well as respite care.
