Care Assistant Days – Alexandra View Care Home

44 HOURS PER WEEK – £11.44 PER HOUR

Alexandra View is nestled in the heart of Southwick, just over a mile from Sunderland’s bustling city centre. A lovely purpose-build home, Alexandra View is spread across three floors specialising in residential and nursing care for our residents.

Some of the key responsibilities for our care assistants are :

· Assisting residents with personal care and daily hygiene routines

· Supporting residents with mobility to allow them to move around safely

· Providing companionship

· Assisting the residents with daily activities and hobbies

The ideal candidate will;

• Ideally have an NVQ2 in Adult Health and Social Care and a minimum of 1 years’ experience in Care although this is not essential
• Be an excellent communicator and the ability to work well with others
