38.5 HOURS PER WEEK – £23.50 PER HOUR
INITIAL 6 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT TO COVER MATERNITY LEAVE BUT THIS MAY BE EXTENDED

Some of the key responsibilities for our deputy managers are :
- To support the Home Manager with the management of the Home, with a particular emphasis on leadership.
- To ensure that an excellent standard of resident care is set, delivered and maintained at all times.
- To take the lead for quality and improvement in care delivered in the home
The ideal candidate will;
- Assist and guide the care teams to provide a safe, caring, stimulating and homely environment for both residents and their relatives
- Have an active NMC PIN with prior nursing experience
- Be an excellent communicator and the ability to work well with others
