Location: Primrose Lodge, Osborne Gardens, North Shields, Tyne & Wear NE29 9AT
Salary: £22.00 Per Hour

Hours: 38.5 Hours Per Week

Your Role:

As a Night Manager (Registered Nurse) with Roseberry Care, you’ll be the senior nurse on duty, ensuring excellent standards of care, safety, and wellbeing are maintained throughout the night. You’ll provide leadership, clinical support, and peace of mind to residents and staff alike.

You’ll be responsible for:

· Leading, supervising, and supporting the night team to deliver safe, person-centred care

· Acting as the senior decision-maker for clinical care and emergencies overnight

· Administering and recording medication safely and in line with best practice

· Monitoring residents’ wellbeing and responding to changes in health needs

· Ensuring accurate, timely documentation and effective handovers to day staff

· Maintaining compliance with NMC standards, CQC requirements, and company policies

· Providing reassurance and emotional support to residents and staff during the night

What We’re Looking For:

  • NMC-registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, or equivalent)
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a care setting
  • Strong clinical decision-making skills under pressure
  • A kind, patient, and empathetic approach
  • Commitment to high-quality, person-centred care

Desirable but not essential: experience in care home leadership, dementia care, or palliative care.
