Location: Tyneside and Durham
Salary: £24.00 Per Hour plus travel expenses

Hours: 33 Hours Per Week Days/Nights

Your Role:

As a Regional Peripatetic Nurse, you’ll bring your skills, leadership, and compassion to multiple Roseberry Care homes, helping ensure consistent, high-quality care wherever you go.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Safely administering and recording prescribed medication
• Leading and supporting care teams, providing clinical guidance and mentorship
• Creating, reviewing, and delivering personalised care plans
• Monitoring residents’ well-being, mobility, nutrition, and needs
• Communicating openly with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and company policies
• Providing flexibility and stability to our homes by adapting to different teams and environments

What We’re Looking For:

• NMC-registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, or equivalent)
• Up-to-date clinical knowledge with a good understanding of key regulatory frameworks, including the safe administration of medicines
• Previous experience in a care home or similar healthcare setting is an advantage
• A kind, patient, and empathetic approach with a true passion for providing exceptional care
• Ability to adapt quickly and work across different homes with confidence
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own car (essential)
• Right to work in the UK
