Registered Home Manager – Ashlea Court Care Home
Requirements
- 1 years experience as a home manager
40 HOURS PER WEEK – £40,000 SALARY
Ashlea Court is located in the peaceful market town of Waltham in Lincolnshire, just south of Grimsby. Located right next to All Saints Church, Ashlea Court is very much in the heart of Waltham with close links to the local community.
Some of the key responsibilities for our registered home managers are :
· Compliance with Health & Social Care Act
· Leadership and People Management
· Manage budgets to ensure resources are used to best effect, in line with company policy and procedure.
· Effectively manage relationships with residents, families, local community and visiting professional bodies.
The ideal candidate will;
- Assist and guide the care teams to provide a safe, caring, stimulating and homely environment for both residents and their relatives
- have at least 1 years experience as a home manager
- Be an excellent communicator and the ability to work well with others
