Registered Home Manager – Valley View Care Home
Requirements
- 1 years experience as home manager
40 HOURS PER WEEK
SALARY – £45,000
Nestled in the suburban setting of Penshaw in Houghton-le-Spring in the outskirts of Sunderland, Valley View is an award-winning modern purpose-built home with a separate unit called Penshaw House.
Some of the key responsibilities for our registered home managers are :
· Compliance with Health & Social Care Act
· Leadership and People Management
· Manage budgets to ensure resources are used to best effect, in line with company policy and procedure.
· Effectively manage relationships with residents, families, local community and visiting professional bodies.
The ideal candidate will;
- Assist and guide the care teams to provide a safe, caring, stimulating and homely environment for both residents and their relatives
- Have previous home manager experience
- Be an excellent communicator and the ability to work well with others
