36 HOURS PER WEEK – £14 PER HOUR
Life at Cedar Grange is one of tranquillity and filled with nature. Situated in the picturesque village of Cherry Burton on the outskirts of market town Beverley, Cedar Grange is a beautiful 19th Century former Rector’s house that’s known for its array of wildlife surrounding the garden’s popular duck pond.
Some of the key responsibilities for our cooks are :
· Prepare, cook and serve hot and cold meals
· Provide for special dietary requirements where necessary, and take into account the preferences of individual residents
· Maintain accurate records of food supplies, and freezer / fridge temperatures
The ideal candidate will;
- Ideally have at least 1 years’ experience in a similar role preferably within a care home
- Have a Food Safety and Hygiene Certificate, or be willing to work towards
- Be an excellent communicator and the ability to work well with others
