A lovely residential home with the warmest of welcomes to all, Brantwood Hall is located in the heart of the cathedral city of Wakefield.
Some of the key responsibilities for our cooks are :
· Prepare, cook and serve hot and cold meals, as and when required
· Provide for special dietary requirements where necessary, and take into account the preferences of individual residents
· Maintain accurate records of food supplies, and freezer / fridge temperatures
The ideal candidate will;
- Ideally have at least 1 years’ experience in a similar role preferably within a care home
- Have a Food Safety and Hygiene Certificate, or be willing to work towards
- Be an excellent communicator and the ability to work well with others
