You can find Springfield House in the beautiful Staffordshire countryside, on the edge of the village of Codsall. With tranquil surroundings, Springfield House is a warm and inviting residence for our residents to call home.
Some of the key responsibilities for our kitchen assistants are :
· Assist in the preparation, cooking and serving of hot and cold meals, as and when required
· Collect all crockery and cutlery following mealtimes and clean to the required standard as well as tidy the dining room
· Assist with maintaining accurate records of food supplies, and freezer / fridge temperatures
The ideal candidate will;
- Ideally have at least 1 years’ experience in a similar role preferably within a care home
- Have a Food Safety and Hygiene Certificate, or be willing to work towards
- Be an excellent communicator and the ability to work well with others
