Maintenance Assistant – Cameron House Care Home
Requirements
- General experience of maintenance including minor electrical, plumbing, joinery and gardening work
25 HOURS PER WEEK – £12.42 PER HOUR
6 MONTH TEMPORARY CONTRACT THAT MAY BE EXTENDED

Some of the key responsibilities for our maintenance operatives are :
· carry out day-to-day maintenance on the fabric of the building, its services and grounds to ensure that the Care Home is maintained in a safe and efficient functional order
· complete weekly fire checks and record the results recorded in the relevant log book in line with Company procedures.
· effectively manage a Maintenance book in which defects are recorded by staff members and respond in a timely manner.
The ideal candidate will have;
· General experience of maintenance including minor electrical, plumbing, joinery and gardening work
· Good verbal and communication skills
· Good Knowledge of current health and safety regulations
