Nutrition and Hydration Week 2025

We celebrated Nutrition and Hydration Week 17th – 23rd March 2025. It was a fantastic week of tea parties, delicious food and a reminder of the importance of correct nutrition and hydration. Our teams took the chance to educate everyone on the vital role of food and drink in maintaining overall health and well-being in health and social care.
As the week unfolded, each day brought new activities and workshops designed to engage and inform. From mocktail tasting sessions to talks from our team who shared invaluable tips on balanced diets, there was something for everyone.
The hydration stations were a big hit, offering infused water with refreshing combinations of fruits and flavours, encouraging everyone to stay hydrated throughout the day.
In the spirit of continued learning and celebration, plans are already underway for next year’s Nutrition and Hydration Week. We aim to build on the success of this year by introducing even more diverse activities that cater to all age groups and interests.
As we look forward to the coming year, we remain committed to promoting a culture of health and vitality. By making informed and conscious choices about nutrition and hydration, we can collectively enhance our quality of life. Here’s to a healthier tomorrow, where good nutrition and proper hydration are second nature to all! Well done and thank you to everybody who took part – it’s vital work in sharing this important message!
