I can not praise this care home enough, the care received by my mother in law (Marion) from day one has been exceptional to the point when my own mother needed care I looked for the same company near me, she moved in and we have not looked back. All of the staff "and I mean all" have a smile and a chat when we go in to visit, my mother in law said she feels she has a better social life with the staff than when she was at home need I say more. Keep up the good work Girls.

General Information
Rosemount Care Home is located in Whitley Bay and provides purpose built accommodation, all bedrooms are single rooms with en-suite facilities. Once allocated every room can be personalised to each individuals preferences.
Our head chef and her team provide excellent home cooked meals that are nutritionally balanced. The residents and families are consulted on their likes and dislikes and we can cater for all dietry requirements. we encourage families to be involved as much as possible and welcome visits at any time. Care and nursing care is provided to a high standard for up to 59 older people. To achieve this good communication between all members of staff, next of kin, members of the care team is essential.
Our residents can pursue their hobbies in our communal and quiet lounges situated throughout the home. We have two patio areas that can be used for relaxing, socialising and are great places to encourage those people interested in gardening.
We have excellent working relationships with GP practices. We very much recognise the importance of individual and resident focused care.

Naomi has worked at Rosemount since 2016 first as a staff nurse then onto clinical lead, deputy manager and in December 2018 she became the Home Manager.

This care home is lovely all the staff treat my grandma with the respect and care that they would like for their relative. They have brought her out of her shell so much over the time she has been here and have helped her overcome alot while being with them. Cannot praise them enough.
