South Bebside is a 32 bed Nursing and Residential home situated on the western side of Blyth, Northumberland. It is within easy reach of shops and has good access to public transport and the beautiful Northumberland coast is a short drive away.
South Bebside is purpose-built accommodation over 2 floors with disabled access throughout the home and the gardens. The home provides both nursing and residential care for over 65’s on a permanent or respite basis both long and short term.
Facilities and Services
All rooms are single occupancy, some bedrooms are ensuite others have access to a wash hand basin in the room, the home offers spacious living areas where residents can relax but also get together for activities with the full-time dedicated activities Co Ordinator with planned trips out and entertainers coming into the home.
There is a large car park and access to a garden area at the front of the home.
Hairdresser, Chiropodist, Optician services are provided in the home along with links in the community to the local GP and Dentist.

All the care staff that I have come into contact with have gone above and beyond to care for and meet the holistic needs of my father. I have been into the home at varying times of the day and evening, the staff have always been observed to have been very busy dealing with clients' needs but have always made time to talk to and deal with enquires of both visitors and clients. All of the staff have been observed to treat clients with dignity and respect and nothing is to much trouble to them.
