Dan Shutt is the Registered Manager of The Evergreens Care Centre. Dan is a Mental Health Nurse with over 16 years’ experience of care home nursing, including 6 years management experience. Dan’s nursing background is predominantly in working with people living with dementia, in particular, working people who experience distressed responses.
As a care home Manager, Dan has a strong reputation for transforming under-performing care homes into fully compliant services. Dan is very passionate about providing high standards of care and operates an open door policy for the team, residents and families.
Outside of work, Dan is a keen golfer and fell-walker.
