Who we are

Taking care of loved ones is what we do best

We approach the delivery of care on what we call “The Care Partnership” basis. Simply, this means that you and your family retain full control of how your care should be delivered. We will deliver that care following a detailed assessment and will do so on your behalf and with your permission.

We will treat you with respect , we will maintain your dignity, and we will always try to comply with you individual wishes and preferences.

Our story

Roseberry Care Centres was formed

Roseberry Care Centres (RCC) was formed in 2019 as a specialist care organisation, owned and operated by staff with the significant level of clinical and operational expertise, vital to for providing for varying care needs across England – from Morpeth to Milton Keynes.

Today, with 27 homes, providing care to almost 1200 residents and employing over 1500 team members, it provides wide-ranging care for older persons, along with specialist dementia, Parkinson’s, MS and Huntington’s care, brain and spinal trauma injury care. In addition, specific homes provide care for younger adults with a diagnosed learning disability, young physically disabled care, neurological care for young people and a Youth Physical Disability service.

Their recruitment process strives to appoint genuinely caring individuals, who will be able and committed to deliver consistently high standards of care. Investing in staff by making sure they have access to training and development opportunities, RCC seek to actively encourage their teams with regular 1-2-1 support, and giving clear career opportunities to progress within the company.
