A Registered Nurse with an active NMC pin
Care home experience within the private sector – ideally as a Registered Manager, although Deputy Manager experience may also be considered
Strong knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory frameworks
Familiarity with HACCP principles and quality assurance processes
Excellent analytical and report-writing skills
Flexibility to travel and stay away overnight when required
