Salary: £13.25 Per Hour

Hours: 37.5 Hours

Your Role:

As a Administrator, you will be proactive and highly organised to support and ensure the smooth operation of our home and administrative functions. The successful candidate will perform a variety of clerical and administrative tasks, ensuring efficiency and professionalism in all aspects of office management.

You’ll be responsible for:

· Act as the first point of contact for telephone and in-person enquiries from families, professionals, and staff.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, care plans, and staff schedules.

· Support the care team with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.

· Manage rotas, staff timesheets, and holiday requests in coordination with the care manager.

· Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information in line with GDPR and safeguarding regulations.

· Order and maintain supplies such as PPE, office equipment, and care materials.

What We’re Looking For:

· NVQ Level 2/3 in Business Administration or Health and Social Care (desirable).

· Previous administrative experience in a care, healthcare, or similar setting preferred.

· Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

· Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and care management systems (e.g., CarePlanner, PASS, or similar)

· Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Understanding of confidentiality, safeguarding, and GDPR in a care context.
