Travel will be required to Sheffield, Matlock, Codsall, Coventry and Buckingham
Responsibilities:
– Oversee and manage multiple home care locations within the region
– Ensure high-quality care is provided to clients in accordance with company standards
– Develop and implement strategies to meet operational goals and objectives
– Monitor and evaluate the performance of each location and make necessary adjustments
– Provide leadership and guidance to location managers and staff
– Collaborate with other regional managers to share best practices and drive continuous improvement
– Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
Skills:
– Strong leadership and management abilities
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to effectively prioritize and delegate tasks
– Knowledge of home care industry regulations and best practices
– Experience in medication administration
