Regional Recruiter
Requirements
Salary: £31,000 + £5000 car allowance
Location: Field-Based (Travel Required Across All Homes)

We are seeking a Regional Recruiter to join our team, supporting multiple care homes with their recruitment needs. Key Responsibilities:
· Work closely with Home Managers to understand and support their recruitment needs.
· Actively source, screen, and arrange interviews for high-volume care roles across the region.
· Support the full onboarding process, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
· Knowledge of sponsorship processes is advantageous to assist with international recruitment.
· Maintain regular communication with key stakeholders to ensure seamless recruitment and retention strategies.
· Oversee recruitment reporting, ensuring all necessary data is accurately recorded and submitted on time.
· Implement and uphold company policies and procedures relating to recruitment and onboarding.
· Develop strategic recruitment plans to meet staffing requirements and improve retention.
· Create and maintain an open, positive, and inclusive working environment across all homes.
What We’re Looking For:
· Previous recruitment experience (preferably in high-volume hiring).
· Knowledge of sponsorship processes within the care sector is desirable.
· Willingness to travel across all care home locations as required.
· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
· Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes.
· Experience within the health and social care sector is a plus.
