Salary: £23.00 Per Hour

Hours: 44 Hours Per Week (22 Supernumerary and 22 on the Floor)

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading shifts and supporting clinical excellence across the home
  • Working with the Home Manager on compliance, audits, and care standards
  • Supporting and mentoring staff, ensuring professional development
  • Building strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare partners
  • Driving a positive and inclusive care culture every day

What We’re Looking For:

  • A qualified Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with a valid NMC PIN
  • Leadership experience (or the desire to step into a senior role)

  • Ability to mentor and develop existing staff
