Mark has many years of experience in the Care Sector. He has worked as a deputy accountant, Financial Controller and as a Senior Regional Accountant in the care sector since 1991.
Mark joined Roseberry Care Centres as Finance Director in November 2011.

Jean is a Registered Nurse with significant senior management experience in various roles within the care home sector. She has held senior positions since 2005. Jean started working in care at the age of 15 years on a YTS scheme, going on to complete her General Nurse training and also gaining her N11 qualification in Mental Health.
Jean joined Roseberry Care Centres in April 2021. She works very closely with the Regional Team and provides hands on support, leadership and guidance to the Regional Operations Managers and Home Managers. Jean is very passionate about person centred care and delivering high standards of care.

My mum has lived at Cedar Grange for four years and is extremely happy there. She has multiple health problems and can be a bit challenging at times, but has always been treated with dignity and empathy. The staff have always been cheerful, trustworthy and consistently excellent in the care of the residents. My mum’s care is always good and she always gets her hair done weekly and looks clean and tidy. There’s always such a happy atmosphere whenever you walk into the home which is brilliant and thanks to all of the staff members who make it such an enjoyable environment. They go above and beyond their duties and I cannot recommend the place highly enough. I can sleep with a good conscience knowing my mum is in loving, caring hands.

Just a line to thank you all for the good care you took of Dad during his stay with you. I appreciate all your efforts to keep him safe and well. I am really grateful for this and don’t think anyone could have done more. Thank you also to the cooks for all the lovely food you meals he enjoyed! Most of all I am grateful for your kindness to both my Dad and myself. It was fantastic to see how all the staff treated everyone with kindness and good humour even when it was not easy. You should all be proud of yourselves for doing such a good job! I am glad that Dad didn't linger and that the fight against his illness was finally over, 103 is a grand age! Once again, thank you all so much and take care of yourselves.
