Melanie is a Registered Nurse with significant senior management experience within the care home sector. She has held senior operational manager and director posts within the sector since 2006.

Melanie joined Roseberry Care Centres in 2017.

Melanie provides hands on leadership and support directly to both Regional and Home Managers and works very closely with the other Directors, Estates and HR teams to achieve the company’s key objectives.

Mark has many years of experience in the Care Sector. He has worked as a deputy accountant, Financial Controller and as a Senior Regional Accountant in the care sector since 1991.

Mark joined Roseberry Care Centres as Finance Director in November 2011.

Emma has worked in HR for 25 years and has significant experience of the care home sector having worked in this sector for 9 years.

Emma joined Roseberry Care Centres in April 2019 and works closely with the Directors and Operational Team to ensure the Company meets its key objectives.

Emma manages a team consisting of an HR Advisor and Recruitment Co-ordinators to help support the business offering HR advice and support across all regions.

Mark Cooper - Estates & Maintenance Manager

Mark Cooper Estates Manager

Since 2012 Mark has held roles in facilities and estates for Roseberry, becoming Estates Manager in March 2015

Mark holds a HNC certificate in Building Engineering, further qualifications in plumbing, electrical works, construction and engineering.

Mark’s experience and expertise allows him to efficiently and effectively deal with the maintenance and upkeep of Roseberry’s facilities and any health and safety concerns.

Claire Lee Administration Manager

Claire joined Roseberry Care Centres in 2011 as the Administration Manager for the group. She has completed her NVQ level 2 and 3 in Business Administration in 2009 and an administration management course in 2011.
