  • A Registered Nurse with an active NMC pin
  • Care home experience within the private sector – ideally as a Registered Manager, although Deputy Manager experience may also be considered
  • Strong knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory frameworks
  • Familiarity with HACCP principles and quality assurance processes
  • Excellent analytical and report-writing skills
  • Flexibility to travel and stay away overnight when required
